Construction Manager – Roofing Systems (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with deep expertise in roofing systems to lead a one‑year project across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all phases of roofing construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project timelines while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage roofing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, municipal regulations, and safety standards.
• Supervise site activities and enforce project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Control project budgets, costs, and procurement processes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including engineers and supervisors.
• Implement HSE policies in line with KSA regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience with strong expertise in roofing systems.
• Valid and transferable Iqama.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure roofing projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
