Construction Supervisor – Site Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead daily site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and schedules. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, supervising site teams, and supporting the timely delivery of large‑scale building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, guaranteeing compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Direct subcontractors to perform work safely, efficiently, and according to approved procedures.
• Manage material requisitions and resource availability to keep project timelines on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce HSE regulations, and investigate any incidents.
• Oversee excavation, dewatering, shoring, foundation works, concrete, masonry, carpentry, brickwork, backfilling, pipe laying, chamber construction, and shuttering.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Carry out progressive punch listing and ensure completion of outstanding works before handover.
• Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and performance, and lead toolbox talks and pre‑start meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Civil or Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building and infrastructure projects, preferably with GCC exposure.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, material specifications, equipment, and HSE regulations.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in project planning, cost control, and site management.
