Consultant Otolaryngologist (Head And Neck)

About the role

The Consultant Otolaryngologist (Head and Neck) will deliver specialised diagnosis and treatment for ear, nose, throat and head‑and‑neck conditions within GNP Hospitals Group. Working on‑site in Saudi Arabia, the role involves both outpatient and inpatient care, surgical interventions and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Run outpatient ENT clinics and conduct inpatient ward rounds.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and perform surgical procedures for complex head‑and‑neck cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical case discussions and treatment planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and contribute to clinical governance.
• Engage in quality‑improvement activities and provide patient and family education.

Required profile

• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT) with subspecialty training in Head and Neck surgery.
• Valid medical licence (or eligibility) to practice as a consultant in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven clinical expertise in both outpatient and inpatient ENT care, including surgical management of complex cases.
• Strong teamwork, communication and commitment to patient safety and continuous education.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
