Consulting Operations Analyst – Business Intelligence & Performance

About the role

The Consulting Operations Analyst supports consulting operations by delivering performance management, business intelligence, quality assurance and continuous‑improvement initiatives. The role analyses operational data, builds dashboards and reports, monitors KPIs and drives process optimisation to raise efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse operational and business performance KPIs.
• Design, maintain and present interactive Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Extract, clean, visualise and ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources.
• Support target setting, KPI cascades, performance reviews and management presentations.
• Participate in process‑mapping, gap assessments and workflow optimisation projects.
• Track compliance, quality assurance activities and governance actions.
• Assist PMO governance, prepare status reports and coordinate cross‑functional delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, performance management, business intelligence, operational excellence or quality management, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Experience supporting transformation, PMO or continuous‑improvement initiatives is a plus.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Microsoft certifications related to data analysis or reporting.
