About the role
Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is building new business models across the Middle East. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead performance, training, and safety initiatives for our delivery operations in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, safety, and team morale.
- Drive performance management for store and rider teams.
- Design and deliver training and development plans for riders.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
- Act as a stand‑in for ACES Managers when needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 12 months of experience in a manufacturing or customer‑facing environment.
- Strong record of achieving operational results.
