Contract & Banking Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contract & Banking Specialist to manage the banking and financial aspects of our contracts and projects. The role focuses on bank guarantees, facilities, and coordination with government entities, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bank guarantees, including issuance, amendment, extension, and cancellation.
• Coordinate assignment agreements and other contract‑related financial arrangements.
• Support processing and management of banking facilities required for contracts and projects.
• Liaise with banks on guarantees, facilities, letters, and related requirements.
• Review financial and contractual documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist contract execution on platforms such as Etimad, GAMI, and Ministry of Defense portals.
• Maintain accurate records of guarantees, facilities, and agreements.
• Ensure banking documents are submitted, renewed, and completed within contractual deadlines.
• Resolve banking issues that arise during contract execution.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and financial background.
• Experience handling bank guarantees and contract‑related financial arrangements.
• Ability to work closely with Project Management, Contracts, Finance, and Government Relations teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management software.
• Familiarity with banking systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
