Contract Management Assistant Manager

About the role

The Contract Management Assistant Manager will support STC in building long‑term supplier relationships and resolving complex procurement issues. This role ensures smooth procurement flows, maintains audit trails, and drives efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex problems with major suppliers while maintaining high procurement volumes.
• Supervise accurate record‑keeping and audit trails for all purchases.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase procurement efficiency.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements, project specifications, and market trend analysis.
• Develop relationships with large suppliers to secure timely delivery and cost reductions.
• Prepare bid packages, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Act as liaison with Finance, Legal, and sector management to resolve commercial and contractual queries.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, set quality standards, and report on service delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in telecommunications or a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven vendor relationship and procurement experience.
• Strong understanding of legal contract compliance and risk management.
