Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will lead all contract administration activities throughout the design, construction and hand‑over phases of large‑scale projects. Operating within a fast‑paced Project Management Consultancy environment, the role ensures compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and client standards while managing contractual obligations, claims and commercial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across design, construction and hand‑over phases.
• Review, interpret and enforce contract terms, conditions and obligations.
• Lead preparation, evaluation and negotiation of variations, claims and contractual disputes.
• Support procurement processes, tender evaluations and provide contract award recommendations.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records, logs and documentation.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with legal, commercial and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare contract reports, dashboards and executive summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in high‑rise towers or major mega‑construction projects.
• Mandatory experience on large‑scale projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Prior experience in a Project Management Consultancy environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes and commercial governance.
