Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities for three high‑rise towers in Masar Makkah. The role ensures that civil and architectural works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities for structural, finishing, and architectural works.
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections, raise inspection requests, and ensure corrective actions for defects.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals, providing technical guidance to site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple disciplines.
