About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, hands‑on Senior Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Corporate Communications function. This position demands a disciplined operator who can translate leadership direction into clear action, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operations of Corporate Communications with strong structure, discipline, and follow‑through.
• Transform leadership guidance into actionable plans, timelines, owners, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, calendars, and status reports for tight visibility and control.
• Create a strong operating rhythm through regular follow‑up, progress tracking, and clear accountability.
• Lead communications projects end‑to‑end, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.
• Identify delays and blockers early, intervening quickly to keep delivery on track.
• Supervise and organize team members, setting clear expectations and ensuring high‑quality output.
• Lead planning and execution of events, executive engagements, and PR activities.

Required profile
