Corporate Counsel – Commercial Legal (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a high‑performing Corporate Counsel to join its Commercial Legal team in Riyadh. The role supports the company’s rapid growth in the Middle East, providing trusted legal advice on technology services and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on Saudi Arabian and broader Middle‑East laws, draft and negotiate strategic technology service agreements with commercial and public‑sector clients.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on cloud‑based, on‑premises, and professional services offerings across the region.
• Collaborate with privacy, government affairs, security and compliance teams to align contracts with internal policies and manage potential disputes.
• Develop legal training materials, support RFI/RFP responses, and contribute to cross‑regional Commercial Legal projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable law firm or as in‑house counsel within a large Middle‑East organization.
• Extensive experience in KSA commercial and technology contracting, including cloud computing, AI, data privacy and intellectual property.
• Knowledge of Islamic Sharia law and public procurement processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
