Cost & Contracts Manager – Construction & Fit‑out

About the role

The Cost & Contracts Manager will be based in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for construction and fit‑out contract administration for the renovation of existing and the creation of new airport lounges, hotels and food‑and‑beverage outlets across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, procurement and tender documents, and evaluate tenders.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying duties, including cash‑flow forecasting, variation orders and final accounts.
• Conduct cost reviews during initiation, planning and execution phases of construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Perform take‑offs from drawings, pricing, and attend site inspections and meetings as required.
• Report directly to the Global Project Director and/or Vice President MEA and handle ad‑hoc assignments.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑graduation experience in quantity surveying, tender documentation, contract management and cost control, preferably with fit‑out projects.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime as needed.
