About the role

The Cost Control Engineer will lead mega‑projects in Riyadh, ensuring that engineering and construction activities stay within budget. You will monitor spending, forecast future costs, and implement corrective actions to keep projects financially on track.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and reporting tools for large‑scale projects.
  • Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts, and periodic cost control reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance, compare actual costs to budgets, and identify cost variances.
  • Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices, payment certificates, and support budget preparation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of cost control experience in construction.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
