Cost Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our award‑winning team on the high‑profile Makkah Project. The role will drive cost control, estimation and financial procedures across a large‑scale, internationally recognised construction programme.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cost estimation for diverse construction works including public, commercial, residential buildings, roads, bridges and infrastructure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date local cost data and apply international standards and methodologies.
• Forecast budgets and cash flows, prepare proposals, cost reports, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Produce written reports and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior managers to review potential changes or risks and identify possible savings or additional costs.
• Handle complex, multi‑faceted issues with a proactive and detail‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Chartered status with MRICS is desirable.
