Country Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead and oversee our operations in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive business growth, manage commercial activities and strengthen our market presence across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans for the Saudi market.
• Lead and manage all commercial, operational and administrative activities within Saudi Arabia.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion across key sectors and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, distributors and government stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing teams across sales, marketing, operations and support functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management for country operations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and strategic meetings within Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to align local operations with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in leadership, country management, business development or commercial management roles.
• Strong experience within the Saudi Arabian market is mandatory.
• Proven success in managing teams, driving business growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and regulatory environment.
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally when required.
