Creative Design Manager

About the role

The Creative Design Manager will lead the visual direction of Alfanar Electric’s marketing and communication initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure brand consistency while delivering high‑impact visual content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer creative direction for campaigns, translating business briefs into clear visual concepts.
• Maintain brand and visual identity standards across all media, markets and materials.
• Oversee end‑to‑end creative workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality assets.
• Guide the design, video and visual content development to keep messaging and style consistent.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, media specialists and photographers, providing constructive feedback.
• Support the evolution of brand guidelines and visual standards as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in creative design or visual communications.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing creative teams.
• Strong understanding of brand governance and ability to enforce visual standards.
• Excellent judgment to anticipate challenges and take proactive measures.
