Creative Director

About the role

Tamm is an all‑in‑one e‑commerce platform in Saudi Arabia that lets designers launch brands without inventory or upfront cost. As Creative Director you will shape the visual and storytelling language that turns on‑demand product creation into compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative vision, brand voice, and content roadmap across all channels.
• Build and lead a new creative team, staying hands‑on in production and ideation.
• Work directly on the factory floor in Dammam, using printers, materials, and finished products as a creative sandbox.
• Translate the “on‑demand product” concept into a continuous pipeline of content ideas and series.
• Set quality standards, brief creators and editors, analyze performance data, and iterate.
• Introduce new tools and technologies to increase speed and quality of output.

Required profile

• Proven track record building and growing a social or content presence, preferably at an early‑stage company.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to think in series and hooks.
• Platform‑native mindset, especially for short‑form formats.
• Hands‑on creator who enjoys the physical side of product making.
• Nice to have experience in e‑commerce, DTC, creator‑economy, or merchandising; comfort on‑camera; familiarity with AI creation tools.
