Creative Specialist

About the role

RJ is looking for a Creative Specialist to join its Riyadh office. In this full‑time position you will shape brand storytelling and develop compelling creative concepts that highlight the performance and design of our high‑end bath linens and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and product storytelling across digital and print channels.
• Craft written content and refine brand messaging to ensure a consistent voice.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product development teams to guide visual and conceptual direction.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and help define creative strategies that showcase product benefits.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback on design and copy, and align creative work with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong creativity with the ability to generate original ideas and translate them into compelling campaigns.
• Experience in branding, maintaining consistent visual and verbal identity across channels.
• Excellent written communication skills, producing clear and engaging audience‑appropriate messaging.
• Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative role within consumer goods or lifestyle brands (preferred).
• Comfortable working collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English; familiarity with Arabic is a plus.
