About the role

The Critical Care Nurse 3 provides advanced‑level nursing care within the assigned critical care unit at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of patient care, resolving complex clinical issues, mentoring intermediate‑level nurses, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives, develop protocols, and improve patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex cases, manage workflow, and mentor junior nurses.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, evaluate patient outcomes, and complete required critical‑care competencies.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care from admission through discharge.
• Provide patient and family education, respect cultural preferences, and respond promptly to emergency situations using evidence‑based practices.

Required profile

• 3‑year International Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Minimum 4 years nursing experience, including at least 2 years in critical care.
• Fluent English (fully proficient); Arabic preferred.
