Cubiscan Operator

About the role

The Cubiscan Operator is responsible for running the Cubiscan 325 system to capture accurate dimensions, weights and images of spare‑part items. The role ensures that material master data is kept up‑to‑date in SAP via the DAPROH interface and that QR‑code labels are generated for new and backlog items in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Cubiscan 325 according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Scan material QR codes to retrieve SAP data and verify it against the physical item.
• Generate and apply QR‑code labels for newly created and backlog materials.
• Measure dimensions, weight and capture up to four high‑quality images per item.
• Validate measurements, images and material information before uploading to SAP, GMDS, OpenText and Azure File Share via DAPROH/CPI.
• Report any interface failures, equipment issues or data discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement of the warehouse material master database.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and strong quality‑assurance mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Team‑oriented communication and problem‑solving skills.
