Culture and Engagement Trainee (Tamheer Program)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Culture and Engagement Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. The role provides hands‑on experience in supporting employee engagement, workplace culture and employee‑experience initiatives while contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to strengthen engagement, enhance the employee experience and build a solid foundation for a career in culture and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Learn culture and employee‑engagement programs aligned with SPPC’s strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation and performance.
• Assist functional heads in identifying cultural performance gaps and implement targeted communication and socialisation initiatives.
• Prepare progress reports and performance analyses, identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.
• Promote a culture of positivity, equality and inclusivity through change‑management initiatives aimed at retaining diverse talent.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Motivated and detail‑oriented individual.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills.
