Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are expanding our Contract Solutions business at Halian and need a Partnerships Manager in Riyadh. This role is not a traditional recruitment position focused on new logos; instead you will own existing strategic client relationships, build connections across organisations and identify opportunities to grow Halian’s presence within those accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing strategic client relationships across Saudi Arabia and act as a trusted partner.
• Build connections across client organisations and work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business, technology landscape, upcoming projects and workforce plans.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities where Halian can provide additional recruitment and workforce solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client management, recruitment, contract staffing, outsourcing or workforce solutions.
• Commercially minded with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels and spotting opportunities to expand relationships.
• Proactive, relationship‑driven and motivated by taking ownership of accounts and growing them over the long term.
