Customer Delivery Advisor

About the role

Cisco Advisory is seeking a senior technology strategist to act as a trusted advisor for our clients in Saudi Arabia. You will help organisations across enterprise, government and service‑provider sectors unlock business value from emerging technologies by shaping digitisation strategies, operating models and cost‑optimisation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior customer leaders to identify market trends and translate them into technology‑driven business opportunities.
• Develop and validate technology strategies, business cases and transformation road‑maps.
• Design and enhance operating models that ensure effective technology governance and alignment with business goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency of technology organisations, including process redesign, tool selection and the introduction of orchestration and automation.
• Create technology reference architectures, service portfolios and contribute to product development.
• Conduct benchmarking, cost‑optimisation analyses and service/application rationalisation.
• Advocate innovative viewpoints on how AI, IoT and other digital trends will reshape business.
• Identify and develop new advisory business opportunities for Cisco.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with distinguished academic record, or a bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in management consultancy and 5 years in a senior role within a technology‑focused service delivery organisation.
• Proven experience across enterprise, government and service‑provider sectors.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Smart Buildings, Smart Cities or Digital Government initiatives.
• Fluent Arabic language skills.
