About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• High school diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor in challenging situations.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
