Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a professional, empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels in a courteous and prompt manner.
• Resolve concerns, complaints and service‑related issues, providing effective solutions.
• Process requests such as account updates, orders, returns and other transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback and resolutions in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Meet established service standards, performance goals and quality expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional, patient and courteous demeanor, even in challenging situations.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
