Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our remote support team. As the primary point of contact, you will help customers resolve questions, address concerns, and navigate our products or services, ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, orders, billing, and procedures.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide step‑by‑step, and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
• Follow up when additional information or action is required.
• Document all interactions, requests, and resolutions in the company’s CRM.
• Update customer account details and process orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and payments.
• Monitor support tickets to meet response‑time targets.
• Collaborate with sales, billing, technical support, and operations to resolve issues.
• Protect customer data and adhere to privacy and security policies.
