About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Riyadh team at a leading e‑commerce company specializing in electrical products and accessories. This position is ideal for fresh graduates eligible for the Tamheer Program or final‑year university students completing their mandatory cooperative training.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with orders and order follow‑up.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate cases when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates eligible for the Tamheer Program or final‑year students completing mandatory Cooperative Training.
- Bachelor's degree (or final semester) in any discipline.
- Fluent Arabic is required; basic English is a plus.
