About the role
The Customer Success team within Signature Success is seeking a driven, customer‑focused professional to act as the primary contact for Salesforce’s largest and highest‑profile accounts. You will partner with a small portfolio of strategic customers, aligning their business goals with the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to maximize value and ensure long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion for assigned accounts.
- Maintain awareness of customer events, needs, risks, and value drivers, and proactively address them.
- Act as trusted advisor, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions and guiding adoption.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and ISVs to resolve major incidents and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop deep technical understanding of each customer’s Salesforce implementation and share best‑practice methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong focus on customer success and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Professionalism, collaboration ability, and quick learning of new technologies.
Required skills
- Salesforce platform expertise.
- Experience with Sales Cloud.
