Customer Support & Live Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Live Operations Specialist to join LIVSHO’s Operations team in Jeddah. You will be the main point of contact for buyers and sellers, helping them navigate the live‑commerce marketplace, resolve order issues and ensure smooth live‑show experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer user questions about accounts, bidding, payments, orders and platform features using approved information.
• Investigate and resolve delivery and order‑status issues, coordinating follow‑up without making unsupported promises.
• Monitor assigned live shows, enforce community rules and promptly escalate suspicious behavior or serious incidents.
• Assist sellers with onboarding, explain routine setup steps and route approval or commercial questions to the appropriate team.
• Maintain clear case notes, accurate categorisation and next‑action items to enable seamless hand‑overs.
• Handle complaints professionally, follow refund, dispute and escalation procedures, and contribute to the support knowledge base by flagging unclear content.
• Participate in shift hand‑overs and collaborate with colleagues during peak live‑show periods.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic with professional English proficiency.
• Strong listening skills, patience and the ability to manage multiple conversations accurately.
• Good judgment for handling sensitive information and knowing when to escalate.
• Availability for full‑time on‑site work in Jeddah, including evenings and weekends as shift schedules require.
• Experience in customer service, retail, e‑commerce or community moderation is a plus.
