Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, customer‑focused specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or career changers who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working independently with online support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and guiding them through routine processes.
• Create, update, and close support tickets, documenting actions and maintaining clear case notes.
• Enter and maintain customer account data, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures, resolve common issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal logs, and assist with basic reporting and administrative projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to learn new software, follow procedures, and handle confidential information.
