CX Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a CX Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of customer experience services projects for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. The role will ensure projects align with business objectives, stay within scope, budget and timeline, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource needs.
• Allocate and manage project resources to optimise utilisation and achieve objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project execution against approved timelines, budgets, scope and quality standards.
• Document progress, decisions, risks and issues in the project management system.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and escalation logs for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation standards and ensure timely delivery of certificates of completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
• Organise and lead project meetings, including kick‑offs, status updates and post‑project reviews.
• Mentor and guide project team members, monitor productivity and identify training opportunities.
• Lead special projects or tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in CX services.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of CX services and project delivery methodologies.
