Cyber Security Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Advisor to shape and strengthen our cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with local and international standards while protecting our digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee cyber risk assessments, compliance activities, and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Support incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure secure implementation of systems and technologies.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging threats and security best practices.
• Drive security awareness and foster a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, governance or related areas, preferably in large or government‑linked organizations.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
