Cyber Security DevOps Lead

About the role

The Cyber Security DevOps Lead will support Business Technology by embedding cybersecurity requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. This role ensures that security controls are designed, tested, and maintained within the DevOps pipeline, providing continuous protection for the bank’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and apply cybersecurity and DevOps design principles to projects and change initiatives.
• Select and implement automated testing approaches for security controls in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Analyse test results, report issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage configuration items and maintain accurate records of security controls.
• Develop and maintain tools for tracking and logging cybersecurity measures.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning, baseline configuration checks, and penetration testing activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve identified security vulnerabilities.
• Integrate security into agile sprint planning, user stories, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in IT or Cyber Security, including SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, or penetration testing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
