Cyber Security Supervisor

About the role

The Cyber Security Supervisor will design, implement and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity architecture. The role ensures confidentiality, integrity and availability of all IT systems, applications and data while managing intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, endpoint protection and SIEM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Implement security controls such as MFA, RBAC and least‑privilege principles.
• Supervise daily security operations, including monitoring, detection and response to cyber threats.
• Oversee SOC performance, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of incidents.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and lead containment efforts.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and coordinate remediation with IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and HIPAA and prepare audit documentation.
• Create and deliver cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security analysts and technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• 6–8 years of cybersecurity experience, including team leadership.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
