Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Access Control Specialist to join our security team. You will manage identity and access controls, administer privileged access solutions, and ensure secure, compliant access to enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across the enterprise.
• Provision, modify, and revoke user access according to approved policies.
• Implement, maintain, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Monitor privileged accounts and enforce the principle of least privilege.
• Support internal and external audits by providing access‑control evidence and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as SAMA CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement secure access controls and improve identity governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM‑related issues while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Access Control.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM and PAM technologies.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, One Identity Certified Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
