Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to define and drive our cybersecurity strategy. The role is responsible for protecting digital assets, sensitive data, and business operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and threats across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation activities.
• Lead security incident response, forensic investigations, and manage IAM, access controls, and privileged access.
• Monitor SOC/SIEM alerts, coordinate security operations, and run security awareness and training programs.
• Conduct third‑party and vendor security assessments.
• Drive compliance initiatives for standards such as ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, and relevant national regulations.
• Oversee penetration testing, security audits, and report cybersecurity posture and risk exposure to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS) and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on risk reduction.
• Effective communication skills to report to executive leadership.
