Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The Cybersecurity Specialist will design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions to protect the organization’s assets. This onsite position focuses on maintaining secure configurations, integrating tools, and continuously improving the security posture across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain security platforms such as EDR, NDR, WAF, PAM, DLP, IAM, MFA, NAC, Proxy Security, CASB, IPS, IDS, endpoint and email protection, firewall, and vulnerability management.
• Perform policy tuning, rule updates, and secure configuration management to enhance control effectiveness.
• Integrate security tools with enterprise systems for seamless monitoring.
• Conduct hardening of servers, endpoints, and network devices following best practices.
• Execute access reviews and support IAM processes, including privileged access management and multi‑factor authentication.
• Onboard new assets and ensure proper deployment of security controls.
• Monitor health and performance of security platforms, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service availability.
• Validate security patches and configuration changes for compliance.
• Support vulnerability management, track remediation, and drive security optimization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security operations and overall cybersecurity posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+ or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience administering enterprise security technologies.
