Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen and evolve our security posture across Microsoft 365, identity, network, and infrastructure environments. The role will focus on vulnerability management, SOC operations, and compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 security, Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Monitor and maintain firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), VPN, and overall network security.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation, and security hardening of systems.
• Support SOC monitoring, incident response, and security investigations.
• Administer privileged access, conduct access reviews, and enforce least‑privilege principles.
• Oversee email security, anti‑phishing controls, and Microsoft Defender deployments.
• Conduct technical security assessments of vendors and internal infrastructure.
• Assist with ISO 27001 compliance and related security documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 security tools and identity management.
• Experience managing firewalls, WAF, VPN, and network security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and security hardening practices.
• Familiarity with SOC operations, incident response, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, AZ‑500, SC‑200, SC‑300) are preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
