Dark Store Supervisor

About the role

The Dark Store Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day operations at the Dammam Service Station, overseeing receipt and dispatch of goods, warehouse activities and overall logistics performance. This role ensures timely deliveries, efficient inter‑departmental collaboration and continuous improvement of fulfilment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities of the service station, including goods receipt, dispatch and warehouse management.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee on‑time delivery and enhance fulfilment efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of store and warehouse staff, creating work plans and procedures to boost performance.
• Oversee inventory control, loss prevention and overall warehouse organization.
• Identify, analyse and resolve operational issues to maintain seamless supply‑chain flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
• Minimum three years of experience in logistics operations and retail store management; team‑leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics procedures, relevant regulations and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Adaptable with a positive attitude in high‑pressure environments.
• Proficient English for workplace communication.
