About the role
Amazon Web Services is looking for Saudi‑national Data Center Engineers/Technicians to join its Infrastructure Operations team. You will work on the hardware, networking and cabling infrastructure that keeps AWS cloud services running 24/7 across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Follow and promote the highest safety standards and lead safety initiatives.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, fiber and networking issues in the data centre.
- Troubleshoot incidents to meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform root‑cause analysis on equipment failures.
- Manually handle and lift equipment in accordance with regulatory weight limits.
- Escalate complex problems to specialised solution groups when needed.
Required profile
- Saudi national, full‑time employee.
- Ability to work onsite in a data‑center environment.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety and security procedures.
- Basic experience with hardware and networking troubleshooting (minimum 1 month).
