About the role

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented individual to join our fully remote team as a Data Entry Admin Support professional. This entry‑level position focuses on accurate data entry, document processing, record maintenance, and routine administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and maintain electronic files, labels, and archives while protecting confidential information.
• Support daily administrative tasks such as managing contact lists, routing documents, and assisting with shared inboxes.
• Perform data verification, identify errors, and correct authorized discrepancies.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and workflow status, providing regular status updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets, web browsers, and digital documents.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow written procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
