Data Management Lead

About the role

Sirar, a cutting‑edge cybersecurity provider, is looking for a Data Management Lead to shape and execute its data strategy. You will align data initiatives with the corporate roadmap, ensuring high‑quality, governed data that supports the company’s security and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Sirar’s data strategy and roadmap in line with corporate objectives.
• Define data management framework requirements, covering master data, data quality, and architecture.
• Design and improve data governance processes to meet organizational needs.
• Implement data management policies, procedures, and change‑management programs.
• Lead the data quality program and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee data management projects to achieve strategic data objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, or data lifecycle management.
• Preferred certifications such as CDMP, CIPP, or CIPM.

Required skills

• Good understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA‑DMBOK).
• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Purview.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPL) and data sharing governance.
