Data Scientist – ML, Deep Learning, NLP & Computer Vision

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to design, evaluate, and productionize advanced predictive models across machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. The role emphasizes delivering production‑ready solutions while maintaining statistical rigor and translating insights into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end model development, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment.
• Build forecasting, optimization, recommendation and decision‑science models.
• Perform feature engineering, exploratory data analysis and statistical testing to uncover meaningful patterns.
• Design robust validation, testing and bias‑fairness assessment frameworks.
• Manage experiment tracking, dataset versioning and reproducibility using MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Communicate model results, trade‑offs and uncertainty to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and architects to operationalize models.
• Mentor junior data scientists and lead complex decision‑intelligence engagements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of applied data‑science experience with production model‑shipping.
• Strong expertise in classical/statistical ML, forecasting, optimization and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with scikit‑learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and MLflow/Weights & Biases.
• Solid knowledge of hypothesis testing, confidence intervals and causal inference.
• Familiarity with fairness, bias evaluation and explainability tools such as SHAP and LIME.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
