DC Controller – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive DC Controller to join our Supply Chain team. In this position you will ensure warehouse efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide timely reporting to support seamless distribution across NADEC’s regional network.

Key responsibilities

• Generate baseline customer demand by gathering, analysing, and validating data.
• Track and update forecast consumption at the customer level.
• Support inventory planning for existing items, new products, and phase‑outs.
• Cross‑check daily and monthly inventory activities, identifying discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly DC performance reports (allocation vs. actual receipts).
• Reconcile system records with physical market returns.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance within DC operations.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for accurate system reflection.
• Track return and receipt of empty crates to and from the Haradh factory.
• Provide effective DC shift management reports for decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics, preferably in FMCG.
