Dean of Information Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Dean of Information Technology to lead the College of Information Technology at a leading university in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Dean will provide strategic, academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the college’s programs meet high standards and align with the university’s objectives and industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with the university’s vision.
• Oversee curriculum development, program quality and continuous improvement.
• Lead faculty recruitment, performance management, development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Promote research, innovation and academic excellence across the college.
• Build partnerships and strengthen collaboration with the technology industry and professional organisations.
• Enhance student experience, academic outcomes and graduate employability.
• Monitor academic performance and implement initiatives to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior academic leadership experience in information technology or related fields.
• Strong track record of faculty management, curriculum development and accreditation processes.
