Demand Manager Testing & Quality

About the role

The Demand Manager – Testing & Quality Engineering drives business growth, customer engagement, and service adoption for Ejada’s Testing & Quality Engineering practice. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role blends deep testing expertise with business development, solutioning, and delivery oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand, grow pipelines, and expand revenue for Testing & Quality Engineering services.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, stakeholders, and technology leaders.
• Identify customer challenges and opportunities related to testing, quality engineering, digital assurance, and software quality management.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to uncover cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, solution discussions, and executive‑level engagements.
• Translate requirements into testing solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Support RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, effort estimations, commercial terms, and statements of work.
• Drive opportunities across functional testing, test automation, performance testing, API testing, AI‑driven testing, and DevOps quality engineering.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in testing, quality engineering, or related services.
• Proven ability to generate demand and manage a sales pipeline in a technical services environment.
• Strong consultative selling and customer‑engagement skills, with experience leading executive workshops.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering complex testing solutions and ensuring successful project outcomes.
