Deputy Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Bulgari Middle East is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for its Riyadh boutique, open to Saudi Arabian nationals. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily retail operations, drive sales performance and ensure an elevated client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Model brand behaviours, act as ambassador inside and outside the boutique, and attend local and regional events.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving business targets and oversee daily retail operations, problem solving and team engagement.
• Manage client concerns, disputes and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling discount approvals per policy.
• Assist with rota management, back‑office coordination and analysis of business trends to generate ideas for sales growth.
• Provide feedback to sales and after‑sale teams, and act as reference for sales‑floor queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in a luxury or high‑end retail environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of meeting personal sales targets and contributing to store or market collective goals.
• Experience managing a sales team, coaching staff and driving team engagement and development.
• Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships proactively and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of the luxury market, competitors and willingness to stay curious about industry trends.
