Design Manager (DEL-2)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Design Manager to join our team and lead the design and development of innovative projects that meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics. In this role, you will oversee multidisciplinary design teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from concept through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing direction, mentorship, and technical guidance.
• Oversee the development of design concepts, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver integrated design solutions.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept development through project completion, adhering to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project goals and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support efficient project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, urban design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of progressive experience in design management, preferably in large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality, entertainment, or real‑estate developments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
