About the role
At WSP you can access a global scale, contribute to landmark projects and work with the brightest minds in your field. The Design Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of technology infrastructure across large‑scale developments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage telecoms, AV, ICT, security and ELV design consultants.
- Review technology strategies, design submissions and technical specifications.
- Coordinate ICT and low‑voltage systems across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure integration of smart technologies, security systems, structured cabling, AV and communications infrastructure.
- Support stakeholder engagement and technical workshops.
- Monitor consultant performance and project deliverables.
Required profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience on large‑scale mixed‑use, smart city, hospitality or commercial developments.
Required skills
- Telecoms design and implementation.
- AV and ELV system design.
- ICT and security systems integration.
- Smart technologies and structured cabling.
