About the role

The Digital Content Specialist will plan, create, and manage content across the organization’s digital platforms to support marketing and communication goals. The role ensures consistent brand messaging, maintains website and channel content, applies SEO best practices, and monitors performance to boost audience engagement and online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms while ensuring brand tone and standards.
• Manage and regularly update all digital channels, schedule publications, and monitor platform activity.
• Write, edit, and upload website content, maintain accuracy, and apply basic SEO techniques such as keywords and meta descriptions.
• Track industry trends, monitor SEO performance, and identify opportunities to improve content visibility and engagement.
• Analyse content performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management or similar roles.
• Experience managing website content and digital platforms, preferably in corporate or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
• Ability to work in both English and Arabic.
